Do you provide shipping?
Yes! Depending on the products in your basket, we can ship them to you across Canada or set them aside for you to pickup in store. Details will be on your basket page.
How does In-Store Pickup work?
If you select "In-Store" pickup as your fulfillment method, our team will pack your order and you can pick it up within 48 hours receiving your "It's Ready!" email.
What are your return policies?
We offer 30-day returns on any non-perishable items. For perishable items and food, we don't offer returns unless there's a special case, such as an obvious issue with the product or item.
How do you source your products?
We source our products from as many Canadian businesses as we can. Some of the products are imported from very special places by the brands. We're always on the lookout for more.
