- This dark chocolate is made with our Honduras organic cocoa beans, so it offers a very creamy texture and a flavour that is sweeter than most 80% dark chocolates because the cocoa beans have low acidity and less bitterness than beans of other origins. It is sweetened only with pure organic maple sugar from Quebec (no cane sugar).
