- Granny balances complex botanicals with funky, fruity flavours. We cold-steep a blend of sweet fern, Sencha green tea, burdock root, and a hint of mint, then age it for two weeks on our tibicos culture. Granny Smith apples are added in two expressions: some are freshly juiced for their sweet tartness, and some are lacto-fermented and ice clarified to amplify the tartness with some lactic acid.
- Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening and drink within 2-3 days. Serve chilled (in your favourite glassware) at around 6°C-10°C.
- Natural sediment may occur, please swirl gently before serving. We use only natural ingredients, which may cause batches to differ slightly in character.
