- Featuring hints of cocoa, citrus zest, and leather aromas, this blend gained acclaim from diners, prompting Fred Morin and David McMillan to partner with Montreal’s Café Union, a master roaster with over 100 years of expertise.
- Roasted in Montreal in small 60 kg batches, the coffee is packaged within a week to ensure maximum freshness. The 5-bean blend, sourced from South America and Indonesia, includes mostly direct-from-grower “supremo” quality beans.
- Roasted medium-dark for 13 minutes, it delivers slight bitterness, a rich texture, and full body.
- Packaged in a Japanese-designed resealable bag, Joe Beef Coffee is ideal for espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes, offering exceptional crema and bold, memorable flavour.
