- Roasted in Montreal in small 60 kg batches, the coffee is packaged within a week to ensure maximum freshness. The 5-bean blend, sourced from South America and Indonesia, includes mostly direct-from-grower “supremo” quality beans.
- Roasted medium-dark for 13 minutes, it delivers slight bitterness, a rich texture, and full body.
