- We like to consider Outlier as our gateway coffee into medium and lighter roasts. It is the perfect medium-dark coffee for those who prefer a cup that isn't too smokey, or too acidic. Outlier aims to capture the best of both worlds with it's orange-like acidity at the initial sip, to it's smokey walnut finish. It is neither a dark roast, nor a medium roast, it is the Outlier.
