Designed and constructed by Ottawa-based Paul Shuster. This solid maple cheese slicer is laser engraved and sealed with a clear food-safe epoxy to ensure the slicer is easy to maintain. The handle and cutting wire are stainless steel and the cutting wire is easily replaced in the event that it hsould be necessary. 2 extra cutting wires are supplied.
