- Mielo is our botanical, all-natural non-alcoholic apéritif — our wildflower honey and organic Ontario apple cider vinegar, cold-infused with whole herbs, botanicals, and flowers. Crafted slowly by hand in small batches at our farm in Eastern Ontario.
- 500 ml • Makes 16+ drinks.
- How to:
- In a spritz: 1 pt Mielo to 5 parts sparkling water
- On the rocks: 2 tbs Mielo over ice
- Your way: mixed into a custom cocktail
- Shake well before use
- Consume within 1 year of opening, no refrigeration necessary
