- Our mustard journey began in a pop-up kitchen in Toronto's Little Italy in 2008. Back then we just made one mustard. It looked and tasted a lot like this one: Caplansky's Deli Old Fashioned Mustard. We call it the "caviar of mustards" because its kind of fancy even if we aren't.
- Old Fashioned Mustard is the perfect accompaniment for charcuterie boards, as a sandwich schmear, salad dressing base or marinade. Caplansky's Deli Old Fashioned Mustard is seasoned with Celery Seed.
- It imparts a flavour the Japanese call "umami". We promise you've never tasted anything like it. All natural, with no additives or preservatives, this classic whole grain mustard has amazing mouth feel.
