- Born in the heart of Piedmont, in an artisan bakery founded over 200 years ago, our focaccinas (pronounced “fo-ka-tchi-na” in French) are prepared according to a know-how handed down from generation to generation. Their fine, golden, crunchy texture makes them an irresistible mouthful.
- Perfect as an aperitif, they can be enjoyed on their own or with cold meats, cheeses or antipasti.
- Due to their thin, crisp texture, these focaccinas are naturally delicate and may arrive partially broken. This is normal and does not affect their quality, flavour or freshness. Their fragility is part of their artisanal nature.
