- Sugar Bush is a maple, birch, and sea salt sparkling water.
- It's lovingly refer to it as “The Champagne of Trees” as it looks and feels like Champagne in a wine glass - which we recommend to drink it out of.
- The dark maple syrup comes from the Rideau Lakes and is made by Gunnebrooke Farms.
- On warm days during syrup season, the sap that flows makes a very dark syrup with a more robust flavour.
- The birch bark and birch leaf are extracted in tinctures and blended into the salted soda. Birch bark has an amazing cola/menthol flavour while the birch leaf is super fruity. They both add a bit of spice to this version.
- 40 cals, 355ml beer cans, 0.1% alc/vol, pasteurized/shelf stable.
